Thank you Doctor for your kind attention. What should I do now to reverse this condition or at least slow it down substantially? What are my chances? Give me the worst case scenario.

Brief Answer:
Surgery and targeted therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are having small lesion in liver and though you are suffering from stage 4 kidney cancer i would advise you to undergo nephrectomy surgery along with removal of the lesion in liver by surgery

If the lesion in liver cannot be removed by surgery then treatment with targeted therapy is needed to slow down the tumour progression

Average survival time with treatment is around 10 years and if the lesions in kidney and liver can be removed by surgery successfuly then patient can also be cured
