Brief Answer:
stage 4 cancer is the most advanced stage

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.Iam sorry for your sister's condition.

Iam sorry to say but stage 4 is the most advanced stage of ovarian cancer where in tumour spreads to distant organs like lungs.

Breast cancer might also be associated so it has to be ruled out.

Here debulking surgery followed by post operative chemotherapy or radiotherapy
might be the option.

Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy might be given.

Latest one is genomic tumour assessment. In this tumour genes are studied to know the nature of the tumour and its response to treatment.

Hope this satisfies your query.Feel free to ask any more queries.
