Suggest Treatment For Stage 5 ROP In An Infant

My nephew was born prematurely at 28 weeks. No one noticed the abnormality on his vision and also doctors did not inform us about this.
Now he is diagnosed with stage 5 ROP in right eye and on the left eye the doctors say there is vision.
I need your help to understand how bad is the vision.
Attached are his medical reports.
1. Is his Right eye which has ROP stage 5, can be cured for vision? If yes, who is the best doctor available. we are ready to take him internationally provided the treatment fixes his vision
2. How bad is the other eye vision (left eye). Will he be able to see through that eye and take care of himself like us or is it also going to be affected if not treated immediately.
3. Any eye donor operation can fix this issue and bring his vision back
We live in Saudi arabia and taking the patient to XXXXXXX on 11th Sept for another opinion and if required medical treatment.
My nephew is now about 6 months old.
Thanks
premature retinopathy. one eye is lost for other eye to wait for 5 years.
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through the attachments.
It is premature retinopathy. Stage 5 is the most advanced perhaps with total retinal detachment. vision is very bad and can be taken as blind eye. No treatment is possible as per history surgery have been tried but result is bad. It can be assessed the visual status after 5 years it can be properly tested and quality and quantity of vision can be known. Immediately nothing can be done. Patient will cooperate and properly tested after 5 years. So you have to wait. In my opinion no doctor can improve his vision. However you can consult retinal surgeon and take his opinion whatever vision he has got in left eye should be preserved. May be he will be able to manage his day to day affair. But you have to wait till child respond and cooperate for tests. you are free to take second opinion. what ever i have advised is to best of my knowledge and ability. No eye donor can help. Eye transplantation is not possible.

Or his left eye does not have any ROP?
can we conclude that he will be able see through his left eye completely as we see. Please confirm
without test nothing can be concluded.
Detailed Answer:
we can not conclude any thing on left eye. it is possible only when visual acuity is tested. if there is some vison then it can be improved by giving correction. one thing is sure that it is not a blind eye. hope it has got substantially good vision so that he can do his day today activity. concluding before test will be presumption only so we have to wait till it is tested.
