Suggest Treatment For Stiff Neck, Breathing Difficulty And Rashes On Body

Question: My husband is having all fo the symptoms that he had about a year ago when we went to the emergency room and found out that he had a syst on his liver. The recommendation was to leave it alone and it would go away on it's own which it did. Still we are wondering how these symptoms tie together.
VERY stiff neck/shoulder
Difficulty breathing... sever pain with deep breath
Pain in abdomin
Rash all around torso.

Do you think this is related to another syst on his liver?

No, liver cyst can not cause all these symptoms.

Liver cyst can not cause these symptoms.
Possibility of viral bronchitis is more in his case.
Viral infection causes rashes on body, stiffness in neck and shoulders.
Bronchitis causes breathlessness.
And viral infection is self limiting in most of the cases.
So possibility of viral bronchitis is more.
