Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to various causes the most common of which are tonsillitis or strept infection, both of which are mostly bacterial in origin and are associated with fever.. I would recommend that you get test for streptococcus infection and get inspected by a doctor to exclude tonsillitis..
If you were negative for strept infection and tonsillitis was excluded then you should get a ct scan on your throats to exclude tumor formation which can cause such symptoms together with lymphnode enlargement in the neck area.. I hope you find this helpful..
