Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Knee

Question: I am 3 weeks out on a foot surgery requiring a pin and two screws as well as tendon adjustments for all toes on right foot. I have also had two total knee replacements . Right in Feb 2014 and left Nov 14. Since my right foot is non weight bearing, my left knee is very stiff and unhappy. It doesn't look swollen, but just unhappy. Will it improve as time rolls on, or should I seek physical therapy again?
