Brief Answer:
Further evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Causes of inner groin pain could be several and include muscles or tendons strain (especially if you practice sports), inguinal hernia (intenstinal tissues pushing to a groin muscles weak point), kidney and bladder stones, pinched nerve, ovarian cysts etc.

So, more information about your condition is needed, i.e. duration of symptoms, any lump on groin area, any medical tests done , what relieves/worsens the pain, any other past medical history , your occupation , any discoloration over the area ....

There is also need to consult with your primary care Doctor and to have further tests such abdominal ultrasound initially to understand better your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Greetings.
