Hi and thank you for asking!
You are reporting to have had stomach aches, cramps and nausea. After using pantoprazole your symptoms are becoming worse.
At this point I would suggest to do :
- upper endoscopy plus biopsy for H.Pylori
- abdominal ultrasound to rule out gallbladder issues
After performing the exams i mentioned above you will get a proper treatment according to the diagnosis.
Meantime stop the pantoprazole because if you will do upper endoscopy plus biopsy for H.Pylori you should be free of pantoprazole for two weeks.
Wish you health!

thanks . I did an abdominal ultrasound a week ago and they found small polyps in the gallbladder and the doctor knows about that. do you think these polyps are the cause of my symptoms? is it still possible that I have ulcers or stomach acid but the pantoprazole did not suite me?

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Usually small gallbladdter polips are not associated with such symptoms like you.
Otherwise your symptoms may be related with stomach ulcer or dyspeptic syndrome.
To my opinion you need to do upper endoscopy and get the proper treatment .
