Brief Answer:
It's gastrocolic reflex - Don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi....thank you for the apt answers.
What your kid is having in gastrocolic reflex. This is not bloated abdomen or diarrhea.
When the baby takes in milk they swallow air too. This gives bloated appearance. Another issue is after babies drink milk the stomach distension causes a reflex intestinal movement which makes the small amount of poop in rectum to come out. This is gastrocolic reflex.
Your baby is healthy. Don't worry.
