Hi
You are reporting that your husband has stomach pain and diarrhea.
These symptoms mos probably are related with acute gastrointestinal infection.
This is why I suggest as follows:
- take plenty of water
- use probiotocs
- use hydramine and tasectan
- use PPi like prilosec OTC
- eat often and small amount of meal
If your symptoms persist more than a week than you need to do fecal culture test and use antibiotics.
