Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Pinching Feeling In Right Nipple

Question: Hello, I am a 36 yr old female
been ttc for a few months now. My LMP was Dec. 9th 2014 to the 29th
I ovulated on the 31st. Had sex on the 2nd of January.
Didn't get a period on January at all.
Then on FEBRUARY I ovulated on the 3rd and had sex on the 2nd.
also didn't get a period on February. we are now the 23rd and nothing yet!!!!!

4 dpo... had discharge BROWNISH/CREAM
10 dpo... had a mild cramp on left ovary, seconds later felt a strong pinch on right nipple. got home & peed had bright pink/blood come out only at first wipe.
after wiping 3 times it turned brown.
got BFN on cheap urine test
16 dpo.... dark red/brown discharge

*breasts have been tender. feel a lot of pressure in lower abdomen, full feeling and twinges, light cramps under bellybutton!!!! *

until today nothing no period and no signs of it. what could be wrong?
if my tests come back negative then I might not be pregnant and if not.. what else could make me feel this way?
