Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer is a possible reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms seem to be caused by some stomach issue. Peptic ulcer or stomach inflammation seems most probable. The pain location is typical for stomach. Pain can get worse after a meal or when you are hungry. Stomach pain is usually dull and does not go away after painkillers. Nausea and lack of appetite can be also present.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound and blood work should be done. If nothing will be found, gastroscopy should be the next step.

In a meanwhile please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juices and alcohol.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
