Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query. Read and understood your history and concerns.
Chronic non- specific means inflammation without a specific cause.
May I please know the medicines you have taken and the ones you are taking at the moment.
I would advise you the following management and I am sure you may be following a part of it.
PPI and/ Ranitidine.
Domperidone.
Antacid gel.
Soft bland diet.
Small frequent meals.
Keep away the stress and anxiety.
Early dinner .
6-8 hours of sound sleep.
Avoid irritants in any form like alcohol, spicy- oily food, any food or beverages that you must have noticed to instigate or increase the problem.
I hope this helps you to get a cure at the earliest.
Great- stop smoking.
Detailed Answer:
Continue Pantosec DSR.(DSR stand for Domperidone hence you do not have to take it separately.)
YOU SHOULD STOP SMOKING as the nicotine has direct effect on the whole intestinal system that causes more problems.
Rest of the advise if you follow, will benefit you permanently.
as explained .
Detailed Answer:
You are already taking PPI (Pantosec DSR) and Domperidone in combination.
Happicid or Mucaine gel as an antacid.
chronic non specific inflammatory disease of the stomach is a severe problem and needs proper care and follow the rules to avoid the recurrence.
