Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Gastric Trouble And Vomiting
These symptoms can be because of peptic ulcer disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for writing to Health care Magic.
The symptoms you have mentioned in the form of stomach pain, vomiting, constipation, flatulence.... indicate peptic ulcer disease or gastritis or gastroesophageal disease.
All these from different manifestations of a common problem which occurs because of altered gastric secretions and indigestion and inflammation of the stomach or intestine.
The basic treatment is by use of antigastric drugs. The most commonly used drugs are drugs like rantidine or omeprazole.
These drugs are taken half an hour before food.
Along with this avoiding spicy foods, junk foods and increased intake of food rich in fibres like green leafy vegetables will help in improving the symptoms.
If the symptoms does not resolve and if they are present for a long time then I would suggest you for a evaluation by gastroenterologist to rule out few rare diseases like crohn's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis.... which can present with similar symptoms but are relatively rare in clinical practice.
Hope the information provided is helpful to you.
