Brief Answer:
Cardiac cause should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Stomach or Abdominal/ epigastric pain midline above the navel usually occurs in gastritis, GERD/ Dyspepsia. However , the fact that she is a known hypertensive should alert one to the possibility of a cardiac cause. Antacids , omeprazole and OTC anti spasmodic medication can be taken immediately. If the pain persists , an EKG should be done to look for a cardiac cause, in consultation with a doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
