Question: For the past 5 days approximately 4 hours after I go to bed I get a horrible stomach ache to the point I have to get up and throw up uncontrollably after that I am able to go to sleep. The next morning I have diarrhea that is mostly water. I have ate very little if anything at all on some days because of this. Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Can you please tell me what are the procedures that you had undergone in the past and why along with probable dates, because symptoms you are mentioning are more likely to be due to intestinal pathology, most likely non functioning of part of the bowel due to scarring and loss of nerve supply in a segment of intestine. Hence do get back to me. will be awaiting your reply.

I had exploratory surgery when I was 23 and it just turned out to be a cyst on my ovary so they removed both the cyst and the ovary. When I was 28 I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and had a vaginal hysterectomy and had complications of internal bleeding and had to be opened up to fix the bleeding. At approximately 35 I had another cyst on the other ovary and they removed both. At approximately 38 I was having similar stomach problems as I am having now and test showed I had a kink in my intestine caused by scare tissue and they were in the process of doing surgery but before they did it rectified itself. I haven't had any problems since.

I appreciate your follow up.
I think its most likely to be the recurrence of old problem, where in there is restricted motility in a segment of intestine either due to scar tissue or loss of nerve supply, a condition called 'A ganglion' . this will usually resolve on its own, but occasionally do present as intestinal obstruction due to stool impaction. Since in your case there are loose stools, its less likely to present with intestinal obstruction., but there is colic due to stretching of adjacent bowel segments.
Hence I recommend you to undergo endoscopy and further clinical evaluation from a gastro enterologist. because its difficult for me to conclude without preliminary examination and endoscopy report.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Revert back to me if you have follow up queries.
