Brief Answer:
gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is your body's way of telling you not to drink alcohol. Alcohol is very toxic to the body. In your case it sounds like you have developed some gastritis or an ulcer that gets irritated when you drink.
This can then cause some bleeding in the stomach which would cause the spitting up blood and the rapid bowel movements.
It would be best for you to avoid alcohol completely and see a doctor for an upper endoscopy to see if you have an ulcer. If you do have gastritis or an ulcer there are medications that can be used to heal this up.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
