Brief Answer:
Your details need to be considered thoroughly and clinically correlated.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Since I do not know your case in details, it is really hard to comment upon why you are getting such infections. The questions that I do not have answers to yet, are:
* Why did you go to the doctor in first place? What were your problems?
* How was Morganella morgagni identified? Was it is a blood culture?
* If so, what were your other investigative findings?
* What was the sensitivity profile of this microbe and which antibiotic was given, for how long?
* What were the follow up findings and the investigative results?
* How was Streptococcus and Pseudomonas found and where? Was it in pus or in blood? What was the sensitivity profile of this microbe?
* What sort of recurrent infections do you suffer from?

It is hard to answer so many questions within the scope of such a question. It has to be considered along with clinical correlation and I suggest you discuss it with your doctor.

If proper intravenous antibiotics are given, the infection should get controlled. Please be patient and rely on your doctor's judgement of antibiotic and its escalation. Intravenous antibiotics are essential in such a case and you need not worry about it.

Since I do not even know where the infection was located and what is the correlation with a ENT specialist, I suggest that you have the answers to the above questions ready when you discuss with him.

Brief Answer:
You are suffering from chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM)-needs treatm

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

If it is from ear swabs, it means that you are suffering from chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM). The condition is unlikely to be serious if treated properly. The underlying pathology needs to be identified and corrected. Your ENT doctor will be able to evaluate and treat it.

I would insist you not to worry. With treatment, things would be fine.
