Question: Hi. I'm XXXXXXX I'm an oversea student from Vietnam. I'm too stressful at the moment. How can i feel better than now? Can you help me. I would like to chatting online to share about my story. But how much i have to pay and how can i get anwers back from doctor?

I will start my story. I was attending a high school. I was sent a warning letter about the attendance. The reason I am absent is because my class in particular and my school in general are from China. Only me from Vietnam and so much pressure on that. But I try to study and the result is not so bad. But my mother did not understand and when she received the warning letter she was very angry with me. But that does not matter. I am feeling pressured because my family does not have much money and is almost incapable of going to school. I was planning to visit my family on the summer vacation but now because of the money pressure I can not go back. And another problem is affection. I'm dating someone 2 years older than me. He loves me so much but recently I felt that he and I did not understand each other and often quarreled. At the same time at this time a person I loved before came back and wanted to meet me and just want to have sex with me. But I can not because I have a boyfriend. But I love him too. what should I do? I felt very pressured and led to negative thoughts and I did a stupid act to hurt myself.

Your are indeed facing a tough time. Family and financial pressure, relationship issues.
Anyhow, we can mutually find a way out to your problems.

I think you should not get involved with the earlier guy just for sex. He may not have any emotional attachment with you and may insist on having sex again once you say yes.
At the same time, the guy whom you are dating might feel betrayed. This way you would be in more trouble.

Financial problems, yes. You can try and cut your expenses. Avoid unnecessary spendings. That's the only way to save money.

Make you mother understand about the discrimination you are facing in your school. This should relax you if she understands and supports you.

How did you hurt yourself? Please do not do that. There can be a solution to every problem.

I got it. thank you for your advice. Now I feel my health is not good. No more cravings and I can not sleep at night. When I sleep I dream of horror and I often wake up. Sometimes I find it difficult to breathe while talking to people. Occasionally I have a feeling of nausea and very uncomfortable. But I went to the doctor and tried the pregnancy test. In the morning and evening, I thought I was going to have an accident or blood or I could not breathe. The feeling of being unable to breathe occasionally lasts and makes me very scared. I try not to think of such things but it still manifests itself in my mind. Should I go see a psychiatrist more often? I have told people around me how but most people told me to see a doctor but some people think it is okay. I'm very confused whether I have depression or psychological problems.

All the symptoms are suggestive of anxiety and deprssion, the sleep issue, bad dreams, the shortness of breath.

Whenever you feel out of breath, you can cough slightly. Also I would advice you to practice deep breathing exercises.

In my opinion, if you have easy access to a psychiatrist, you must visit him because it could be initial phase of depression. You should get proper treatment for it.
