Brief Answer:
Stroke recovery and old TB

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Loss of appetite may be due to reactivation of TB . Comparison with an old chest x-ray,if available will help to establish reactivation of pulmonary TB.Headache, slight dizziness when walking following stroke & surgery on right artery (probably right carotid end-arterectomy) 3 weeks ago is not unusual as she will regain full control of balance gradually with neurological recovery(left sided hemiparesis might be the present neurodeficit).Headache,if persistent ,     Normal pressure hydrocephalus (sequel of stroke) will require to be ruled out by MRI brain.
