Suggest Treatment For Stroke
Question: Question, yesterday I went to reach for my water glass and my right arm felt heavy and weak. Almost, like hard to hold up. It doesn't hurt, also feels like blood is rushing (like when you arm falls asleep and you can feel it coming back to life) through my arm, no tingling. My neck feels stiff from sleeping the wrong way a couple of weeks ago. I am a 42 year old female.

Nerve palsy means damage(which can be idiopathic also,without any injury)of a nerve supplying the muscles of arm.These can be axillary,median,ulnar,radial and some others.It can result in paralysis of arm.
Stroke can be prevented by taking regular medicines and managing risk factors like high blood pressure,high blood sugar and high cholesterol levels.Avoiding smoking significantly helps in preventing strokes.
Stroke can be ischemic or hemorrhagic.Hemorrhagic stroke is commonly known as brain hemorrhage.
You should be concerned of getting urgent evaluation.
