Question: I had a dildo go inside my anus. I was able to have a bowel movement but did not see the dildo come out. how can I tell if it's still in. What are the symptoms I should look for?

Go for digital examination with a rubber gloved finger / Go for a plain X-ray of the abdomen including pelvis/ Ultrasonography to find it.
If it is lower in the rectum can be easily pulled out. IF pushed up you may need a Doctor to help you get this removed.
There may not have any symptoms other than just fullness in the rectum.
