Suggest Treatment For Stuck Pain Killer Inside Throat

Might get relief with conservative simple measures.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
You did not mention the number of days passed after the incident. If it is a fresh incidence, I do not consider this to be much worrying. Due to the accidental temporarily stuck tablet, this might have caused some kind of injury to the mucosa of the throat like an abrasion on the skin. To reduce the inflammation, I would advise you to go for a warm saline gargle/betadine gargles three times a day and an anti inflammatory drug along with a proton pump inhibitor for a symptomatic relief. This problem should gradually get relieved by these simple maneuvers. However, if it does not or increases in its intensity, I would advise you to get it clinically assessed by an ENT specialist of your area.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.

Needs a clinical examination of your throat/esophagus
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX , Good morning.
As the incidence of the tablet being stuck was already 5 days back, and you still have got rather increasing intensity of pain and discomfort preventing you to have normal intake of food, now this would need a personal physical examination of your throat by an ENT surgeon. Therefore, I would advise you not to waste any more time and get it assessed by an ENT surgeon who might also seek opinion from a gastroenterologist if need be.
I would like to have the follow up report from you when you have shown yourself to the concerned specialty, and got your self-treated.
Wishing you an early recovery
Dr Shareef.
