Hi XXXX,
I advise to run further cardiac tests to exclude heart problems first:

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,
I have gone through your query, and I have noted that another colleague responded to your questions.
As a cardiologist, I'd like to exclude cardiac issues first, because cardiac disease are more dangerous then other problems. That's why recommended further investigations (ECG, Cardiac ECHO,stress test).
Apart cardio-vascular problems, if I were your prescribing doctor, I would exclude GI issues (involving stomach, intestines, gallbladder, pancreas, etc.). That's why i recommended to run Chest x ray and abdominal ultrasound.
If everything is ok, then, chest X-ray and examination of vertebral spine is advised to rule out spinal problems.
Hope it helped!
