Suggest Treatment For Sudden Breakout Of Pimples On Right Side Of Face

Question: Hi, I am 21 years old and my whole life have always had good skin. I very rarely had pimples. If i did it would only ever be one or two at a time. The last three months i have had a huge break out on the right side of my face (cheek & jaw area) and have been trying everything possible to clear it up but nothing has worked - they just keep coming! I am pretty fit, weigh around 60kgs, exercise regularly and eat healthy. I have been using the same face wash and oil free moisturizer for as long as i can remember and have never had problems with it. I cant understand why this is happening all of a sudden and how to prevent/stop it... Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you! XXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Treatment of acne depends on the grade of acne. In grade 1 ,i prefer to advise topical antibiotic cream like clindamycin in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide alternatively with topical retinoids in night time.
Oral antibiotics are also given like Doxycycline / minocycline / azithromycin in grade 2 - 4 acne.
Kindly upload the images so that I can actually visualize the lesions and advice you accordingly.
