Suggest Treatment For Sudden Chest Pain

Need clarification..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am not sure if I understood your query completely. From what I understand you developed sudden chest pain and was evaluated at the hospital recently. You had a stress test and echo which initially suggested heart pumping issue (? failure) with ejection fraction value at 35. However angiogram (cardiac cath) was normal. Did you mean you were high from illicit drug use? I am sorry, if I offended you. But I wish to get the facts right.
Symptoms of lung and heart condition have considerable overlap between them. It becomes extremely difficult to differentiate the two clinically. However if you had a low ejection fraction, I wouldn't completely rule out a heart problem. Did the doctor consider repeating echocardiogram at a later stage? If not, I would consider it.
Lung problem can be assessed / identified through set of tests that include chest x-ray or High resolution CT scan. Not to mention a good clinical examination will be an important diagnostic tool.
I feel, I need more details about your symptoms - what were the exact symptoms / associated symptoms? How did it develop? About your age and previous medical condition. If you have other details about the test conducted during the hospital stay, please let me know. We could have fruitful discussion after your clarification.
Awaiting your reply...
Regards

56yrs old have chest pains and pain upper left arm admitted in hospital did stress test no treadmill after all that he said heart pumpingblood to@ around 35/37 then had a echogram. Said. It's what he said before. So order a cardiac XXXXXXX He said heart is ok may be lung issue. How can you go from bloodflow problem lung issue
perhaps we may wait and watch...
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply.
I assume you developed this pain suddenly without warnings. In such cases if cardiologist are sure it isn't from the heart, then we may consider wait and watch policy. That being said, I am still not aware of your complete history and past medical illness which are useful data to understand/relate the lung problem.
Alternatively, radiological investigations such as chest x-ray and CT scan may be used to look for lung problem. You can consider it if suspicions about lung ailment are high.
