Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
After having gone through the given brief history & the uploaded result of the lab tests done yesterday. It seems to me you appear to have a condition of the red blood cells known as polycythemia.
I would like to know some more information like,
1. Do you smoke or have some breathing problems?
2. Do you suffer from dehydration due to excessive sun exposure or sweating?
3. Do you have any other medical illness?
4. Beside gas problem, do you have heartburn, stomach pain or vomiting sensation?
Awaiting your reply.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Lab tests need to be repeated.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Welcome back.
Thanks for your kind information.
As far as your gas problem is concerned I would advise you to take a proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole once daily for 2 weeks. Avoid taking alcohol (if you consume it), hot & spicy foods, eat home cooked food, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables, avoid gas producing food stuff like daals (pulses), dry fruits, & legumes.
Regarding the lab test which show slightly raised ESR, RBCs & Packed cell volume I would advise you to repeat the test after one week, if they are found to be elevated along with high Hemoglobin kindly consult a physician for further evaluation.
Hope this answers your query.
Wishing you best of your health.
