Suggest Treatment For Sudden Profuse Sweating And Tightness In Chest

Symptoms suggestive of GERD
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since your doctor ruled out cardiac issues by doing tests. It seems related to gastric problem but still if you have doubt I suggest you get 2D Ehco test done
Your symptoms are consistent with Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease ( GERD).
It is due to malfunctioning of lower Esophageal sphincter that leads to regurgitation of acidic content back into the esophagus.
24 hr ph monitoring of the easophagus is indicated to confirm the disorder.
Proton pump inhibitor drugs can be taken once a day to prevent acidity.
Avoid large meals and heavy dinner.
H pylori infection does predispose to acid production and ulcers, therefore needs to be managed promptly. GERD is highly associated with h pylori infection.
Kindly discuss this with your treating doctor.

An ECG is a safe thing to do to rule out heart issues...
Detailed Answer:
hi, thanks for the reply.
Well, your complaints of chest discomfort while on treadmill, can be seen in both cardiac problems and GERD. I agree, it's probably not a Cardiac issue. But we don't want to miss something by making assumptions.
The best way to rule cardiac issues out would be an ECG, and 2D ECHO if affordability is not an issue. These two investigations will rule out any cardiac pathology.
A 24 hour Ph monitoring of esophagus will help to confirm and establish Gastro intestinal problems, which is likely the case here. In the mean time, try using a Proton Pump inhibitor like Omeprazole (Prilosec, Omez, which does not require a prescription), eat a diet with plenty of fiber and stay away from spicy and oily foods for awhile. Alcohol too, can cause major issues with GERD, it would be a good idea to cut back.

Thank you

follwing meds will help you
Detailed Answer:
hi,
well, as your ecg is fine, it suggest that your heart is all fine.
With the H pylori infection in the background, a possibility of Esophageal reflux disorder is very likely. However it has to be confirmed by doing 24 hour ph monitering, as mentioned by me before.
For now untill you get back to your home, I suggest to have one tablet of pantoprazole 40 mg in morning for 5 days. Pantoprazole is a prescription medication, so you will need to see a doctor to get a prescription for it. It will reduce acidity into your esophagus that is causing the chest irritation.
Avoid large meals. Avoid lying immediately after meals. Avoid alcohol.
welcome for further queries.
