Brief Answer:
Injections of steroids and local anesthetics helps

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with Supraorbital neuralgia. It is a relatively rare but a painful condition.
The initial treatment of the condition is by use of analgesic drugs and drugs like gabapentin and other anticonvulsant drugs.

In patients not responding to medical line of treatment by injections of steroids, local anesthetic agents and surgical treatment is indicated.

The treatment by injections of long acting steroids and local anesthetics is effective and it can be tried before going for surgery.

Hence I advice you to go ahead with the treatment as advised by your doctor.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
