Brief Answer:
Detail below .

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Ligament injury is very difficult to heal if not rest properly, first you should go for x-ray wrist to rule out any bony injury.
If there is no bony injury then you can do hot fomentation three times daily, applied compression bandage, take muscle relaxant like thiocholchicoside 4mg twice daily along with acleclofenac 100 mg with some antioxidants for 7-10 days. You will get relief.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.
