Brief Answer:
Sweat is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Sweating on palms and feet, in absence of other symptoms or medical condition, is normal and nothing needs to be done.
How is his blood sugar levels? What is the usual room temperature?
Sometimes there maybe increased sweating in response to the soap or lotion on skin (to wash it off or as an allergy). I will advise that he uses less of any chemicals on his hands. He may wash his hands with just water or can scrub it with something natural like chickpea flour and rinse with water. Avoid hot and spicy foods for him.
He may take 1 small spoon of coriander powder after lunch and dinner with some water for 3 days. This home remedy can be tried.

Dr Vaishalee
