Suggest Treatment For Sweaty Body And Low Grade Fever

Question: since friday i have had a low grade fever; 99.9 to 101. 101 only happened once. I have take alive; the fever disappears quickly. seems like five days is a long time with this symptom. One other thing; at night my upper body has become extremely sweaty. To the point where I could wring out the shirt with a twist. This happened twice last night.
I was at the cubs parade on Friday walked over and back; i'm thinking i may have caught something but I was exhausted by the time I got home.
I feel fine otherwise. I have not contacted my PCP.
Seems like I should let this run its course; but thought I should ask.
Please advise

Brief Answer:
all of us harbor some virus in us
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome to HCM,
Please note that all of us harbor some virus in us that is waiting to catch us. The sudden exertion on your part did that. The body is fighting the infection. And since you generally feel fine, your decision to 'let it run its course' is correct and you are handling it right.
Only help your body with adequate rest, proper nutrition and some multivitamins. But at any time if it gets out of hand --do consult your doctor.
Let me know if you've any further queries
