Welcome back.
There are 2 most common causes of Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) including palms:
1. Hyperthyroidism
2. Anxiety.
And if no reason is found we term it as Idiopathic Hyperhidrosis.
Now If you have anxiety issues then that must be the reason , anti anxiety drugs like Etizolam should help you.
If anxiety is not the reason then get a Thyroid profile done.
If that's normal nothing to worry. Just a good control of Hypertension is enough.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
