Brief Answer:
Infectious cause likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, infection of the genital tract along the seminal vesicles or prostate is likely. This however needs to be confirmed in consult with an expert urologist who will also examine the penis and scrotum. Semen and urine analysis would be required. Semen and urine cultures should also be sent. Ultrasound of the penis and scrotum can be advised. Your GP , meanwhile can start you empirically on antibiotics like cefixime after taking the relevant culture samples. NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or diclofenac can be taken for associated testicular pain and discomfort.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
