Brief Answer:
go to Emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is concerning for a blood clot in your leg. It could also be an infection. In any case you will need to see a doctor today. If they look at it and say it is infection then they can give you an antibiotic.
If it does not look like infection then you will need an ultrasound and doppler of the leg to make sure there is no blood clot.
Blood clots in the leg can dislodge and parts of them can go to the lung which is a life threatening situation.
Please see a doctor or go to Emergency now.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
