Posted on Fri, 28 Apr 2017
Question: My question to Dr. T Chandrakant is as follows :
Hello Doctor,
Just wanted to update you that although i can feel some improvement in swelling/hardness, but it is the pain/soreness that is troubling me a lot.
Every time i am in pain, the only difference is the intensity of pain.
I am thinking of waiting till July when my 14 months of surgery will be over and 12 months of scar formation.
Can you please throw some light if the things don't improve till July, will there be any options of treatment available for me because as per all the doctors i have met they refuse to acknowledge my complaints.
So, i am curious if my problem persists, can it be cured or not.
Thanks & Regards

Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback query.
Is the pain a daily problem or are there any /a few days that you do not have pain or very less pain?
Have you continued the Neurogaba-M twice a day? Are you still taking or stopped?
Since it was helping, it is possible that increase in dosages gradually under the guidance and prescription of a Doctor can make you pain-free.
Continue the previous things like Sitz bath, high fiber diet, laxative as needed anti-oxidants.
Discuss about Deflazacort with your Doctor as we discussed in past and take in a tapering dosages - needs a valid prescription - as we discussed in past. This helps softening the scar and may help to alleviate pain.
Doughnut pillow.
You may certainly please wait till July.
I am hopeful some or the other things alone or in combination should help you to alleviate the pain.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries and give me the feedback as asked above.
Take care.

The only time i feel perfectly ok is when i get up in the morning.
Yes i am continuing Neurogaba m 75 twice daily as suggested by you.
You please suggest the course of action as no other doctor is ready to acknowledge my problem.
