Question: i've had this rash for about a week now, it does not hurt, but before it came I felt like that area was swollen, what do you think it might be ?

I rarely shave my pubic hair but I also have a habit of pulling the hair out from to time, my last sexual contact was 4 months ago

This seems like an ingrown hair. I can see hair trapped inside the bumps. Allow the hair to grow longer, it would subside on its own in a few days. However, I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic ointment e.g Neosporin or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a few days to help resolve it faster.
