Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Rash On Hands And Forearms
Taking some antiallergic should help
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
At this point of time, the rashes could be due to some sort of allergic reaction. In such a condition taking some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for a few days should be helpful. You can apply calamine lotion or aloe vera lotion for topical relief.
Whether or not there are other cause can be determined only through physical examination. So in case the rashes don't get better after antiallergy medication,o schedule an appointment with your doctor so that he can examine and correlate further.
Be warned that although less likely, if you develop any sort of respiratory distress or edema, you will have to rush to the emergency of a hospital without delay.

Again given no change to routine, items exposed to, foods or medicines consumed how could this be an allergic reaction?
Could you please upload some images of the affected areas?
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond back earlier.
It is hard to comment without clinically examining you whether the swellings are due to some allergic reactions or something else. Allergic reactions are more probable and could have risen as a response to something which might be a part of our daily routine, something that we never even considering worth noting, for example - dust and pollens. However, in such a case some response to cetirizine was perhaps expected. In such a scenario, I would insist you to share an image of the affected areas. You can upload them using the facility on the upper right of this page.
Waiting to hear back from you.
