Brief Answer:
Further investigations are required for complete assessment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam.

I can certainly understand your concern.

As per your history, it's important to rule out brain pathology responsible for swelling by getting CT scan of the brain as the region is around the temple area.

The possibility of a cancer related swelling cannot be completely eliminated at this point.

A tumor marker assessment can help to predict cancer recurrence better.

So the further management if any is largely based on test reports of CT brain and tumor marker study.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these tests to you.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
