Suggest Treatment For Swelling Behind The Ears And Nausea

Question: Hi, I was hit by a heavy device last week, seven days ago, it was swollen behind my ear but that went away. I did not pass out, no nausea. I worked heavily for about two days, then went to bed for the last four days. I do not have a headache, but tension and a bruised, almost tingling feeling in different parts of my head, it moves. I also have a stiff neck, feel a little uncertain on my feet when walking and have a slightly stiff neck. Now today, when I message my spine, my neck, I get nausea. Should I be worried about brain/zervical bleeding? On the second day after the injury, I took two aspirin for mild headache because I did not think about the danger of bleeding. I am 37, otherwise healthy. What should I do?
Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The head trauma is not of grave intensity.
Mild neck stiffness, headache, and dizziness may be a part of muscle spasm.
Walking difficulties need to be examined by a neurologist and CT head done.
Avoid taking pain killers. Apply local pain reliever ointment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Hi thank you so much for answering. Yes I thought it cannot be severe if I was able to work, but when more symptoms came I was afraid. Do you think the CT can be done without going to an ER/hospital, during normal hours (I don't have insurance in the US and that will be cheaper)? Thank you!
Brief Answer:
Wait and monitor symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you are not having progression, then you can wait.
CT without prescription is difficult and you can enquire about it near your residence.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
