Question: My right leg is very swollen from the knee down including the foot. It has been like this for several days but today it has become quit red down the front section. Is this a serious concern or should I just keep it elevated for the remainder of the day?

Brief Answer:
Investigations to see if there is pus collection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Noted your history of Medications and the present complaints.
It has been several days that it is swollen from knee downwards including the foot.

Its becoming quite red may be the sign of an infection and should be taken seriously.

I think you need the tests of the blood, ultrasonography to see if there is collection, and if present to go for incision and drainage.

I hope this answer helps you in decision making.
