Brief Answer:
Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergic reaction to something you exposed or infection.
Do you had any risky unprotected intercourse recently?
If you send a picture it will be more helpful also.
Yeast infection also can give such problems. Chemicals in some soaps also give allergic reactions.
Avoid using any soaps or irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water to clean the area. A swab test will be helpful to rule out infection. Antihistamines like cetirizine will be helpful to relieve allergic condition.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.

In such case get a swab test to rule out yeast infection. If it is positive then using clotrimazole cream locally will be helpful. If swab is clear and still swelling is there then hydrocortisone cream will help.

I know its not a yeast infection.. Could it be a early sign of pregnancy
Brief Answer:
Possible.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up.
There can be mild swelling or soreness in labia or clitoris as a early sign of pregnancy. But this is not so common. Breast soreness is a common sign.
If it is that then it will disappear gradually and nothing to worry.
Letme know if any thing not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
