Brief Answer:
Treatment Required

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have analysed all your reports carefully and it helps me lot to understand the situation.
First of all regarding swelling on right foot toe.
There may 2 thing. May be your are diabetic (though your Glucose level in your blood is normal as per findings) and that frost bite may be a result of high glucose level. That condition is called Diabetic foot. Once the glucose level comes to normal it will get subside itself. There may be also chance of Arthritis of small joint. This condition aggravated in winter, joints are inflamed red and painful. In this condition the deposition of calcium is increased in joints. (But Blood calcium level is normal). So there are more chances of increase in glucose level and resulting inflamed toe.

Regarding LDL/HDL/VLDL Triglyceride etc i would strongly suggest you to take consultation of Cardiologist. ALDL/HDL findings are not normal. It shows the your heart condition is not normal. You may required some investigation depending upon need.
I am not suggesting any medication write now because first you need cardiologist consultation, then write to me and we will suggest you further.

Understand this is important because you need to rule out any cardiac complain then we can suggest the next level of treatment

Avoid Fatty things, Spicy, Fried, Oily Foods, junk food etc

Advice Exercise Check Your Blood pressure, ECG

Hope this is clear to you
In case of any query feel free to ask

Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Taking opinion doesn't mean taking the allopathic medicine. That totally depend on you to choose the the mode of medication. I suggested the cardiologist opinion so that proper investigation of heart can be done which is not possible on this platform. That will help to rule out any major disease if present.
I am suggesting some medicine to decrease the cholesterol level
Cholesterinum 6x 4 pills twice in day
take medicine for 1 month.
Advice Morning walk and exercise
Avoid all fatty foods in any form
Please share if you have any other cardiac related problem.

Regarding Toe please share a picture of the affected area for review so that medicine can be selected on the basis of findings.

Medicine are selected only after proper investigation of disease and it is always advisable to investigate the disease and then start the the treatment.

Hope this is clear to you
