I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
First, I would like to know the exact control of the sugars?
Second , what are the medicines you are on?
Third, what are your renal function tests?
Fourth , do you have any associated breathlessness, palpitations , urinary complaints?
I suggest testing urine microalbumin.
Let me know the above information for further information and suggestions.

Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I remain unaware whether the sugar informed is fasting , pp or random.
I assume it's fasting.
In this case you need a better control of sugars.
Test Hba1c.
For your swelling, test with Kidney function tests, urine microalbumin, and urine routine.
Meanwhile, get a prescription for Tab Lasix. This will start helping you with your swelling.
If the above tests are normal, test an echocardiography.
Let me know when you get the test reports.
Best of luck.
