Brief Answer:
Precipitation of congestive cardiac failure!

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear User,
Have gone through your details.
I understand your concerns.
An increase in swelling in the feets with in few hours can be because of precipitation of congestive cardiac failure.Congestive cardiac failure, occurs when your heart muscle doesn't pump blood as well as it should.Conditions, such as narrowed arteries in your heart (coronary artery disease) or high blood pressure, gradually leave your heart too weak or stiff to fill and pump efficiently. It can be broadly classified into two types-

Left sided Congestive cardiac failure-Left-side heart failure occurs when the left ventricle does not pump efficiently, and your body does not receive enough oxygen-rich blood. The blood instead backs up into your lungs, causing shortness of breath and fluid accumulation.
Right sided congestive cardiac failure-The right heart ventricle is responsible for pumping blood to your lungs to collect oxygen. Right-sided heart failure occurs when the right side of your heart can’t perform its job effectively leading to accumulation of fluids in body spaces like feet, ankles etc,As in your case.

You have not attached your 2d echo reports and have not mentioned your ejection fraction,Yet as you are on strict fluid restriction,I will consider the ejection fraction to be critically low,In such a scenario a sudden increase in pedal edema can be a indicator of precipitation of CHF due to worsening of your cardiac functions.
I would advice you to go to your cardiologist,A 2d echo should be repeated and doses of diuretic and other cardio protective medicines would be increased by him.As fluid restriction and other precautions are not helping you a 2d echo repetition is must.

Please attach your previous reports refered by you as-"i have also had all of my cardiology in my legs and heart checked with no success"
Thank you!
