Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Feet

Can be due to standing.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The mild puffiness in the feet can be due to remaining on your feet for long hours. You need some rest. Do keep two pillows under your legs while resting. Decreasing the use of laxatives - if any and salt intake will help in reducing the swelling.
In case the swelling persists or increases then do consider visiting your physician for an evaluation.
The pain in the back is due to a vertebral problem. Rest and physiotherapy can help to some extent but surgery is the ultimate solution.
I hope this answers your query.

Taking muscle relaxants will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen all the medicines that you are taking. You are taking only pain killer oxycodone. It is better to add a muscle relaxant in addition to it. Do get it prescribed from your orthopedician. Improved hydration can decrease the pain in next 2-3 weeks.
Doing a regular hot compress will also help.
Hope my answer is helpful.
