Brief Answer:
You need to plan arthroscopic ACL surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case.I think your partial ACL tear is complete now. So you are having swelling in knee joint and effusion. This is causing bending problem. I would suggest you to get repeat MRI of the knee joint to see if there is any progression of tear. It will also tell us about current condition of knee joint.
In case your knee having complete ACL tear it is better to get it operated. Do not avoid surgery as it will only create more complication in future considering your age. For swelling at present you can have ice application and compression bandage. Avoid standing for long time at same place or stairs climbing or squatting.
thanks
