Brief Answer:
Need details of blood work up

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Health Care Magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have discussed, it would have been better if you had shared the details of the blood work up you have had as with these symptoms, uric acid levels along with renal and liver functions tests may be needed.

Also blood sugar levels, electrolytes, B12, D3 and folic acid levels need to be looked at along with urinalysis to look for signs of protein leak as it can cause such swelling or burning or curling kind of feeling.

Meanhwile using Gabapentins or Duloxetine (please obtain necessary prescription from your doctor) for curling feeling and neuralgic pains or discomfort will help along with OTC analgesics like acetaminophen. Using supplements for B12, D3 and folic acid may also be continued along with these.

If these turn out to be normal, a doppler ultrasound of legs specially the one with swelling may be needed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
Regards.
