Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Leg And Foot
Question: How can I get some relief from swelling in my lower leg and foot? It is the result of a small scrape just below the knee that became infected. I have completed antibiotic treatment (doxycycline monohydrate 100 for 10 days) after Keflex was ineffective. The wound was cut open to remove a large blood clot and is now healing but I am now left with a painful swollen foot and lower leg.
