However, to start with baselines labs like complete blood count, clotting profile to rule out any bleeding tendency (to assess symptoms like right cheek bone mark and to rule any bleeding in the joint which may cause severe knee and ankle pains). Other workup like ANA, ESR, CRP, RA factor and XXXXXXX as part of initial auto immune workup.

The right leg swelling should also be evaluated on blood workup like D-dimers and fibrinogen and ultrasound doppler of right leg, to rule out any clot in the swollen leg. The painful joints also need evaluation of Xrays of affected joints, Uric acid levels and calcium, phosphate level and vitamin D levels.

CPK and LDH may also be needed to rule out myopathy due to symptoms like loss of muscle mass.

Meanwhile taking OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be safe for supportive management and capsaicin ointments on joints to decrease pains.
